An 800 Number can be an invaluable tool on the internet, as it gives both an image of profesionalism and functionality. There are two services we recommend, Kall8 and uReach. Both give you the following features:

The primary difference between the two is that uReach primarily functions through a webpage that you log onto. Once you log onto the site, you can listen to your voicemails or view your faxes online. They will also give you an email address and the ability to check your uReach email over the phone. You will have a mailbox, and you have to make sure that it does not get overloaded. The standard service costs $10 per month, which includes 30 free calling minutes, plus the cost of additional calls in or out. Their more advanced service now gives you the ability to have up to five different extensions working off the same number.

Kall8 on the other hand primarily works through email. Voicemails and Faxes that are received by Kall8 get emailed to you as attachments. This service has a $2 set up fee and a $2 per month charge, plus the cost of calls going in or out.
